Karan Bakshi

CEO

Karan is an entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience as a CEO, CTO and COO of fast growing, innovative, technology startups. Karan has built Maxerience on three pillars, People, Process and Technology and is focused on balancing and strengthening all three. Karan is focused on shaping the values and vision of Maxerience with emphasis on Customer Success and Company Values. Under Karan’s leadership Maxerience has shown a triple digit growth year-on-year, attaining industry recognition as the world’s Fastest Growing Retail Image Recognition & IOT Startup. Outside work Karan and his wife love exploring countries and cultures rich in history.

Alan Kennedy

SVP - Image Recogntion

Alan is responsible for our computer vision solutions, focused on delivering value driving solutions for our customers. He holds a BA in Management and Information Systems. Alan brings 20 years FMCG experience from The Coca-Cole System, leading key strategic initiatives for front line sales enhancing business efficiency, and innovative execution evolution including the early evaluation and implementations of computer vision solutions. Working closely with our customers to understand their business needs to deliver solutions that drive value for their business.

Ricardo Silva

SVP - Autonomous Retail

With more than 23 years of experience in the Telecom, Media & IT sectors, Ricardo has established a track record of deals and experiencein senior positions in marketing, sales, program/project/contract management and structured financing areas, engaging with carriers and enterprises in several IOT and Telecom infrastructure and digital transformation projects across Asia Pacific, India, Latin America, US/Canada and Middle East/Africa.

Emil Ralev

SVP - Legal & Finance [CFO]

Emil serves as CFO responsible for all financial and compliance aspects as well as the commercial strategy at Maxerience. Prior to joining us, he gained 20+ years of sales and marketing experience at FMCG companies like P&G and Monster Energy. Emil is passionate about developing win-win relations with clients, vendors, partners and associates alike.

Rishabh Arora

SVP - IOT

Rishabh has 14 years of experience in leading businesses with future-oriented, rapidly growing startups. His learnings from scaling startups into multibillion-dollar businesses in e-Commerce and Telecom space translates into a unique can-do attitude. Heading our global IOT practice, Rishabh is responsible for ensuring that we continue to maintain pole position with focus on innovation and world-class products. Outside office, he likes meeting people from the startup community, reading books and playing badminton.

Joseph Montesano

Director of Sales and Marketing

Joe Montesano has 15 years of experience in business development, with a specialization in consumer-packaged goods and revenue generating technology. Overseeing our North America’s sales strategy & planning, Joe’s experience working with the world’s most prominent brands and tailoring solutions to meet the unique technology needs of clients has helped positively impact top-line sales for across global footprints. Outside the office Joe, an avid Yankee fan, can often be found enjoying the outdoors with his wife, 3 kids, and 2 dogs.

Scott Knudsen

Director - Customer Success Americas

Scott Knudsen has 20 years of experience in the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) and Retail industries (RI), providing strategic consulting on branding and marketing strategy as well as retail execution for global CPG manufacturers. Scott leads the Maxerience Customer Success team for the Americas, helping customers to achieve success and realize business value on ourplatform products. When not working with customers, Scott enjoys outdoor activities in the beautiful San Francisco Bay Area.

Fabrizio Trara

Director - Customer Success EMEA

Fabrizio has 25 years of experience as an IT professional in food & beverage Industry, combined with a sound knowledge of FMCG market acquired from Commercial managerial roles with company leaders like Coca-Cola and Barilla. Fabrizio is the lead point of contact for EMEA customers and he engages with customers to promote adoption and value realization from the Maxerience Platform. He also leads project managers in EMEA to roll-out IR projects driving customer success. Fabrizio is a passionate supporter of Ferrari Formula 1 and he enjoys the Italian Alps, trekking and skiing with his wife and his 2 kids.

Sharat Divakar

Director Operations

Sharat brings over 16 years of experience in Operations and Process Management across organizations such as AMAZON, BOSCH and WIPRO. Sharath heads Operations and Support at Maxerience and brings with him the zeal to provide our customers a world class experience. Being a Six Sigma Black belt and a Lean practitioner, he is process oriented and ensures that the organization is pursuing the culture of continuous improvement. Other than work, Sharath loves to spend his free time traveling around the world and understanding different cultures.
